Before First Use:

• Unfold the sleeping bag on a flat surface.
• Check that all connections (power cable, controller, adapter) are properly plugged in.
• Plug the device into a standard electrical outlet (AC 85–265V).

Controller Settings:

• Leistung / On-Off: Press the middle button to turn the device on or off.
• Timer: Select the operating time (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, oder 60 Minuten).
• Light Mode.
• ALL: both red (660 nm) und Nahinfrarot (850 nm) lights active
• 660 nm: red light only
• 850 nm: near-infrared light only
• Power Level: choose between P1 → P5 (from lowest to highest intensity).
• Pulse Modes: select 10 Hz, 40 Hz, oder H mode (breathing light).

During Use:

• Lie down inside the sleeping bag and close it with the zipper.
• Recommended session: 20–30 minutes, 3–5 times per week (for beginners: 10–15 minutes).
• Relax and breathe calmly during the therapy.

After Use:

• Turn off the device and allow it to cool down.
• Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth (the PVC cover allows easy cleaning).
• Store it in the provided bag in a dry place.

What is the recommended daily use of the sleeping bag?

• Set the red light intensity (Rotlicht) between P1 and P5. We recommend starting at a lower level (P1–P2) and gradually increasing over 1–2 weeks to allow your body to adjust.
• Set the timer to 10 minutes for the first week, 20 minutes for the second week, Und 30 minutes after two weeks of regular use.
• For best results, perform one to two sessions per day, 3–5 times per week.
• Select the light mode: 660 nm for skin improvement, 850 nm for deep muscle regeneration and anti-inflammatory effects or a combined mode that uses both wavelengths.

Safety Warnings:

• Do not use the device if the power cable is damaged.
• Do not use the device near water or immerse it in any liquid.
• Children should use the device only under adult supervision.
