Advanced Manufacturing Facilities

We operate a fully integrated red light therapy device production line, controlling every stage from raw materials to final inspection. Core components use high-quality aluminium alloy or stainless steel with CNC machining and anodised or brushed finishes for durability, corrosion resistance, and efficient heat dissipation.

Our devices feature high-power red and near-infrared LED chips (630–660 nm, 810–850 nm) compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, と 100% quality inspection and precise SMT assembly for consistent performance. Key components—including the power driver, control board, cooling system, and interface—are tracked via barcode and tested for electrical safety, EMC, and durability (CE and UL compliant).

An advanced cooling system with a large aluminium heat sink and quiet fan ensures stable, low-noise operation over extended use.

Automated Production Line

With 10 fully automated red light therapy devices production lines, using robotic SMT and pick-and-place modules for LED board assembly, conveyor-driven welding and inspection stations that monitor each solder joint in real time, barcode/RFID tracking for full traceability at every production step, and automated packaging and labeling—this level of automation ensures high throughput, consistent product quality, minimal human intervention, and rapid response to large orders.

Red Light Therapy Device Manufacturing Process

Pureluxtech providing red-light therapy devices products of specific size, power and design to customers around the world, demonstrating our flexible production capabilities.

1. Incoming Material Selection & Inspection

All raw materials and key components—such as LED chips, aluminium or stainless steel housings, power supplies, and control boards—are carefully selected and fully inspected (IQC). Every batch meets RoHS and REACH standards, ensuring consistent quality, performance, and traceability.

2. Surface Treatment

The outer casing and structural components are precision CNC machined, followed by anodizing, wire drawing, sandblasting, or other surface treatments to enhance corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and heat dissipation. This ensures the product maintains its aesthetics and performance over long-term use.

3. LED Module Placement & Soldering Assembly

In the LED module stage, chips are placed using SMT, then subjected to reflow soldering. Each LED is precisely positioned, solder joints are verified for reliability, and uniform light-spots are ensured. This step is critical to achieving consistent light-output performance.

4. System Integration & Final Assembly

The structural housing, LED module, driver power supply, control board and cooling system (e.g., aluminium-based heat-sink combined with silent fan) are assembled into the final unit. Serial-barcode traceability is applied to each key component and subassembly to enable full tracking of manufacturing records

5. Functional Testing & Quality Verificatio

After assembly, each unit undergoes powered-on testing: light-output verification, thermal rise measurement, burn-in/ageing test, electrical safety inspection (grounding, leakage, insulation) and EMC interference testing. These ensure stable, safe and reliable operation.

6. Packaging, Shipment & Traceability Support

Qualified units proceed to packaging using export-grade protective materials, including custom labelling if required. Each device is affixed with a unique barcode, enabling customers to trace production batch, test data and after-sales support records.
