Before First Use:

• Unfold the sleeping bag on a flat surface.
• Check that all connections (power cable, controller, adapter) are properly plugged in.
• Plug the device into a standard electrical outlet (AC 85–265V).

Controller Settings:

• Power / On-Off: Press the middle button to turn the device on or off.
• Timer: Select the operating time (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, or 60 ນາທີ).
• Light Mode.

• 850 ນມ: near-infrared light only

During Use:

• Lie down inside the sleeping bag and close it with the zipper.

What is the recommended daily use of the sleeping bag?

• Set the red light intensity (Red Light) between P1 and P5. We recommend starting at a lower level (P1–P2) and gradually increasing over 1–2 weeks to allow your body to adjust.
• Set the timer to 10 minutes for the first week, 20 minutes for the second week, ແລະ 30 minutes after two weeks of regular use.
