Before First Use:

• Unfold the sleeping bag on a flat surface.

Controller Settings:

• Lie down inside the sleeping bag and close it with the zipper.

After Use:

• Turn off the device and allow it to cool down.

What is the recommended daily use of the sleeping bag?

• Set the red light intensity (ໄຟແດງ) between P1 and P5. We recommend starting at a lower level (P1–P2) and gradually increasing over 1–2 weeks to allow your body to adjust.
• Set the timer to 10 minutes for the first week, 20 minutes for the second week, ແລະ 30 minutes after two weeks of regular use.
