Before First Use:
- Unfold the sleeping bag on a flat surface.
- Check that all connections (power cable, controller, adapter) are properly plugged in.
- Plug the device into a standard electrical outlet (AC 85–265V).
Controller Settings:
- Stroom / On-Off: Press the middle button to turn the device on or off.
- Timer: Select the operating time (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, of 60 notulen).

- Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth (the PVC cover allows easy cleaning).
- Store it in the provided bag in a dry place.
What is the recommended daily use of the sleeping bag?
- Set the red light intensity (Rood licht) between P1 and P5. We recommend starting at a lower level (P1–P2) and gradually increasing over 1–2 weeks to allow your body to adjust.
- Set the timer to 10 minutes for the first week, 20 minutes for the second week, En 30 minutes after two weeks of regular use.
